The ring was busy due to a number of incidents that day but Mark successfully set a record lap in the BTCC Volvo. Shortly after this the ring was closed prematurely for the day due to one of our teams spinning out hitting the barrier. The car was fine unil 3 miles later around the track they were stopped and removed by the officials after depositing oil all over the ring. Happily they were charged 850eur or the privilege and for the cleaning.
With he help of smoke bomb from another team we managed to convince mark the breaks were on fire to the point where he nearly doused them with the fire extinguisher.
Then we headed onto Koblenz
